  • COMPOSER:
    I make music for film, TV, podcasts, commercials, radio, dance, sound installations, and more. I also compose original creative music as an artist: Jazz, chamber, world music, Latin, pop

    PRODUCER:
    I make music for media and corporate clients —Sonic Branding— and collaborate with artists on their projects. I'm a music tech geek and a self-taught engineer. I work from The Plaza Roja, my Brooklyn studio, and publish through Plaza Roja Records, my record label.

    MUSICIAN:
    I’ve played around the world as a bassist but also on many other instruments —guitars, keys, pianos, percussion, sampling, programming, and more. I’m an arranger, bandleader, and overall music craftsperson. 

    All these worlds merge into a space where I aim to make music that moves people, stirs emotions, and leaves no one indifferent.

I’ve worked producing sonic branding campaigns for top companies and organizations such as British Airways, American Airlines, Corona, Wells Fargo, General Mills, Apple TV+, Snapdragon, Toyota, Cruise, NASA, and more.

music for Film

My work on old silent films merges my passion for music with my dedication to social activism. I’ve composed scores for silent films addressing immigration, inequality, and LGBTQ rights. These performances have evolved into powerful calls for action, raising funds for NGOs and engaging audiences in conversations on these topics. When presenting these live scores to audiences, I strive to bridge the gap between art and social justice, using music as a vehicle for change.

I’ve also scored several shorts/features, closely collaborating with filmmakers such as Melissa Frienling and Caryn Cline.
My background as a composer and performer of jazz chamber and world music and my production work allow me to keep an open mind, which informs my unique approach to each film I score.

At my Brooklyn-based studio, I collaborate with filmmakers, artists, and creatives, crafting bespoke music that reflects their vision. Whether producing a Latin jazz piece or creating modular electronic sounds, I tailor each project to the client's unique needs. From brainstorming ideas to final revisions, I provide hands-on, thoughtful guidance, offering feedback and flexible solutions throughout the creative process, always ensuring the final piece perfectly captures their initial idea.
